Job Opportunity: Primary PE Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Education Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the education and well-being of students from Kindergarten to Year 6, as well as a sound knowledge of the K-6 PDHPE syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Physical Education to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to provide comprehensive support for student growth and development.
  • Liaise with parents and relevant organizations to ensure student success and progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field, preferably with specialization in Physical Education.
  • Knowledge of the Catholic School's mission and values, with ability to incorporate these into teaching practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
