About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support services to women and children experiencing domestic violence and abuse. The successful candidate will work with our team on the Central Coast, providing case management and coordination services.

The role involves delivering high-quality, flexible, and trauma-informed services to clients, including case management, advocacy, safety planning, and collaboration with other services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive case management services to support families in crisis
  • Delivering group facilitation sessions on family education and parenting programs
  • Fostering relationships with external stakeholders and community groups

Requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Case Management working with victims of domestic violence
  • Understanding of NSW Human Services Outcomes Framework
  • Solid knowledge of parenting programs and ability to facilitate such programs
