About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team of educators at Affinity Education. As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple Affinity centres, based in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support educators across different rooms at the centre
- Engage with children, families, and team members
- Assist with daily centre practices
- Support educators with children's learning and documentation
Requirements
- Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
- Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in a long day care service
What We Offer
- A casual position where you choose the hours and days you work to fit in with your schedule
- Ability to accept shifts via an application easily downloadable to your mobile device – accept shifts any time of the day
- Work between Monday – Friday within the opening and closing hours of the centres from 6am to 6pm – NO WEEKEND WORK
- Competitive rates from $28 - $35 (negotiable) per hour + Uniform provided
- Gain experience working across multiple Affinity centres – No two days are the same
