Chief Learning Strategist

The Learning and Development Manager position is responsible for leading the development of individual, team, and organisational capability to drive current performance and future competitiveness.
This role oversees a best practice learning framework that equips team members with the skills and qualifications needed to deliver effective solutions, while embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an effective and sustainable learning and development strategy and framework focused on current and future organisational needs.
- Ensure the framework equips team members with the necessary skills, training, and development to meet industry and compliance standards.
- Investigate and recommend digital learning technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance performance and cohesion.
- Advise senior stakeholders on L&D trends, best practices, and strategic capability building.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven success in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies.
- Experience with LMS (SuccessFactors or other platforms) to manage and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Experience with company-wide competency frameworks (knowledge of Korn Ferry systems desirable).
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, cultural strategy, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
