We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team, providing leadership and mentorship support to our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, or Rehab Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support with strategic file reviews, leading a team of 8-10 consultants.
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets, demonstrating commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Current driver license and motor vehicle.
