
Customer Service and Support Specialist

**Job Opportunity**
Make a real difference in the lives of people in need by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This exciting role involves working with clients and stakeholders to ensure their housing requirements are met, while also driving innovative solutions to resolve client needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality customer service and support
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring clients are treated fairly and respectfully
- Participating in annual tenant surveys and contributing to developing strategies that connect tenants to additional supports
- Managing appeals and complaints and seeking continuous quality improvement
- Providing input into quarterly newsletters and other publications
**Requirements**
- Strong understanding of social housing sector and issues facing low to moderate income earners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Outlook, Excel etc
- Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of COVID19 vaccination
Before starting work, you will need to undergo national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
