Lead a centre of innovation and possibility as Centre Director.

As Centre Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, lead your team, and ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families.

This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. If you have experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting, we encourage you to apply.

  • Manage centre operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to all staff.
  • Ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
  • Effectively manage the financial aspects of the centre within budget guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, Educators, and stakeholders.
  • Attract, convert, and retain families by effectively managing tours, enrolments, and orientation.
About You
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive understanding of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training for Educators.
