Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a Customer Service Representative. In this part-time, 6-month fixed-term role, you will be working on our Critical Incident Desk.
The Opportunity:
You will play a critical role in managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolving incidents logged by customers, and providing exceptional service at every opportunity.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Effectively managing a high volume of calls
- Resolving and escalating incidents logged by customers
- Reporting to managers as required and ensuring correct processes are followed
- Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Experience working in a helpdesk or call centre environment (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Exceptional customer service focus and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
