We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Australia. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and proposing tailored system designs to meet our customers' needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored system designs and proposals.
  • You will provide expert consultation to customers, partners, and internal teams on solution design.
  • You will create comprehensive technical proposals, system designs, and drawings.
  • You will manage technical responses for RFP/RFI tenders.
  • You will oversee configuration, testing, and validation of Riedel and third-party products at customer sites, tradeshows, and events.
  • You will support our Professional Services team and customers throughout implementation, capturing key insights.
  • You will diagnose faults and recommend solutions for technical support cases.
Your Requirements:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have minimum 3 years of combined experience in sales, sales engineering, or pre-sales, with a proven track record in technical sales.
  • You have demonstrated success in providing technical solutions in a comparable sales role.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the Broadcast and Media technology market.
  • You are proficient in development and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
