Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a consulting and evidence management professional to join a collegiate organisation.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing established evidence review strategies, using technology and advanced analytics to ensure the appropriate use of resources.
The Role:

As a Consulting Analyst, you will work closely with investigation teams to provide advice on established evidence management and analysis practices. You will also be responsible for delivering training and support to investigation teams, maintaining and administering evidence management systems, and participating in national meetings to discuss emerging issues.

  • You will prepare criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies, in accordance with established guidelines and practice notes.
  • Deliver effective solutions to investigation teams by providing support and guidance on the use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
  • Maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
  • Participate in meetings of the national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing any emerging, unusual or interesting problems and ideas for potential solutions.
