Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with VetPartners' mission, vision, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to develop messaging that supports a cohesive internal narrative.
  • Create and manage content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and employee events.
  • Design and execute effective communication plans for key company initiatives, including events, awards, and recognition.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, reinforcing company values and fostering a sense of community among employees.
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through regular surveys, feedback sessions, and data analysis.
  • Manage recognition platforms and drive internal campaigns to promote a culture of appreciation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles, preferably within the animal health industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a communications strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of internal communication tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
