Financial Services Career Starter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex cases and providing customer-focused support to clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing outstanding accounts with clients from Government, Education, Medical, and Commercial sectors
  • Managing legal files and documentation
  • Making and receiving high volume outbound/inbound calls to resolve client queries and issues
  • Building and establishing strong relationships with customers and clients through rapport and trust
  • Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions and identifying hardship
  • Problem solving and objection handling to achieve successful resolutions
