Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Officer will be an integral part of the Finance & Governance Department, working collaboratively with the payments team to ensure the success of NTI. We offer on-the-job training and mentoring to help you grow and develop in your Accounts Payable skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, coding to account codes and cost centres
- Respond promptly and professionally to Accounts Payable queries
- Prepare daily payment batches
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Perform general processing, including Visa transactions
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a basic understanding of how an AP function operates and a comfort level working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will be a natural problem solver, an effective relationship builder, and incredibly detail-focused, organized, and diligent in your approach.
