Our organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. This is a full-time permanent position, covering a maternity leave until February 2026, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to identify changing needs and preferences
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of resident records and incident reports
- Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their outcomes
