Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance of our poultry sites through regular mowing, spraying, and planting.
  • Establish and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal crop growth.
  • Operate machinery and equipment, including tractors and slashers, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of new sites and the maintenance of existing grounds.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Current valid driver's license.
  • HR license and experience with tractors and slashers are desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols.
