**About the role**:
As Grading and Packing Floor 2IC, some of your duties will be;
- Overseeing the egg grading and packing activities;
- Monitor the grading process, packaging process and equipment usage;
- Coordinate the packing teams activities;
- Provide guidance, support and training to team members;
- Conduct regular quality checks;
- Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed;
- Develop and complete work schedules;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and training programs;
- Plan and implement efficient work systems; and
- Review and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

**Skills and Attributes required to be successful**:

- Proven experience as a 2IC is essential;
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills;
- Proven knowledge of safety protocols and regulations;
- Meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards;
- Exceptional problem solving and time management skills;
- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; and
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
