A Beauty Ambassador Role
About the Role:
As a Casual Beauty Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. Your passion for beauty and retail will shine through as you engage with customers, recommend products, and provide expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel good.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
- Offer inspirational insights into our products and philosophy, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for beauty.
What We Look For:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- A team player who is open to daily coaching and feedback from managers.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Confidence in reaching sales targets.
- An active contributor to our collective, being an agile and optimistic team member.
