We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Perth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and contributing to the growth and success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention and self-management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as massage therapists and sports physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in physiotherapy practice, contributing to the ongoing professional development of the team.
- Actively participate in clinic initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Commitment to client outcomes and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Attention to detail and skills in analysis, planning and problem solving.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
