Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for creating data-driven insights and presentation materials using various business intelligence tools.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on real projects that shape how businesses connect with their customers. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and tailored training while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth across the region.

  • Creating data-driven insights and presentation materials using GSheets, Tableau, CRM platforms, and other BI tools.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategy execution: market segmentation, headcount planning, territory implementation, and quota setting.
  • Tracking KPIs and summarizing performance insights in executive-ready presentations.
  • Running ad-hoc analyses to support internal stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across strategy, programs, and enablement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent graduate in an analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Finance).
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or business operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'get things done' attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new BI and reporting tools.
