Customer Service Representative

We are seeking multiple Customer Care Centre Officers to join our major government clients located in the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of the team assisting the call centre team.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide quality customer service, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and manage administrative tasks
- Calling clients, searching for addresses, payment arrangements and notifications
- Data entry

**Requirements**

- Experience in similar roles, data processing or customer focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and provide support to others in a dynamic environment
- Able to set priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
