Support Worker Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist participants with personal care and daily activities
  • Provide social support and companionship
  • Aid with light household duties and meal preparation
  • Transport participants to medical appointments and social activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in health to management
Requirements:
  • Experience in disability and/or aged care support, including working with individuals with ASD and mental health conditions
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
  • Valid First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR certificates
  • Police Check (National Police Certificate)
  • Registered, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Compliance with NDIS COVID-19 requirements, including the NDIS Online Module and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
