About Our Team Member Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Assistant at our store. This exciting opportunity will allow you to bring the Jay Jays brand to life, delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create memorable and joyful experiences for every customer by capturing the essence of the Jay Jays brand.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist in managing inventory to ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Help set up store promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain store operations by following loss prevention policies and procedures.

  • Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Confidence in approaching and engaging customers.
  • Integrity and commitment to doing things the right way.
  • A solutions-focused attitude, ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
