Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, developing strong product knowledge, achieving personal sales targets, supporting other team members, and contributing to the overall presentation of the store.

This is a full-time role based at our Noosa store, working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
  • A strong attention to detail
