About the Role

As a Machine Learning Solutions Architect, you will work with clients on short to medium-term customer engagements focused on their ML & AI challenges using Databricks.

Your role involves providing data science and cloud technology projects, integrating with client systems, training, and other technical tasks to maximize the value of their data.

You will work on impactful data science and machine learning use cases, including building solution architecture, MLOps frameworks, MVPs, and production-grade applications.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational data science and Generative AI projects.
  • Consult on ML architecture and design.
  • Bootstrap or implement strategic customer projects to facilitate understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks solutions.
  • Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the Databricks technical team, Project Manager, Architect, and Customer team to ensure delivery meets customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles related to ML engineering or data science.

  • Experience building and maintaining production cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) supporting ML applications.
  • Experience with advanced ML techniques and Generative AI, including vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, and deployment tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
  • Proficiency in coding with Python or Scala.
  • Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
  • Strong documentation and whiteboarding skills.
  • Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
