Packing Operations Supervisor Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packing Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the production management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire packaging operations within our facility.

  • Coordinate and motivate the packing team to achieve high productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all safety protocols and product quality standards are consistently met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to GMP compliance
  • Analyze production data and report on operational targets to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in food or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and training capabilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to drive positive change
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Familiarity with GMP compliance and quality control procedures
