National Industry Analyst Role

With Savills Australia, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Australian property market.

About The Opportunity

This role provides an excellent chance for the candidate to increase their knowledge in the Industrial real estate sector, supply chain, automation, and location intelligence space across Australia.

  • Assist with preparation of submission documentation for securing new business.
  • Manage client portfolios which would incorporate analysis, strategy preparation, transaction management, reporting, and financial modelling.
  • Prepare property market reports in both regional and metropolitan areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of all industrial listings and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a real estate environment.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mind that can observe trends from research data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with information memorandums and submissions.
  • Financial modelling experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.

This is an entry-level position, and we are open to structuring the role to fit the requirements of the successful candidate.
