About the Role

As a Care Companion with Uniting Home Care, you will provide essential support and companionship to older people living in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life in the Central Coast area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide light housekeeping and domestic assistance at various locations
  • Travel to clients' homes and communities, using your own car
  • Assist with meal preparation, transport, and social support groups

Requirements

  • Previous experience in aged or community care
  • Empathetic and resourceful, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
  • Provisional or full Australian driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
