Job Overview:
This permanent full-time Administration Officer position is available at Juniper Korumup in Albany, Western Australia. As an experienced and dynamic professional, you will handle reception duties, filing, data entry, record keeping, and various general administrative tasks, ensuring a warm and respectful environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and assistance as needed.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, and place purchase orders through the Accounting department.
- Act as a liaison for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
- Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the facility.
Requirements:
- A strong background in the aged care sector would be highly beneficial.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize multiple tasks and manage your time efficiently.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, residents, and visitors.
- Prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Represent Juniper in a positive manner, upholding the organization's values and reputation.
Benefits:
