Lead Kindergarten Teacher Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a well-organized and professional Montessori classroom setting, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the campus.
  • Create and utilize Montessori-inspired teaching resources and activities that reflect the Montessori educational approach.
  • Coordinate and implement the Montessori curriculum, including the preparation and presentation of educational materials.
  • Accurately document each child's academic growth and developmental milestones, including detailed observations.
  • Strengthen communication between the school and parents, ensuring clarity on each child's progress and building strong, positive relationships.
  • Provide ongoing training and assistance to staff on Montessori curriculum application and instructional techniques.
  • Lead and direct a team of educators, arranging meetings and enhancing team dynamics and performance.
  • Participate actively in community activities with children to maintain the institution's reputation.
  • Assist the Campus Principal in executing marketing and promotional initiatives, such as enrollment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Montessori Certification for ages 0-3 or 3-6 preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
