We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Creamy Creations Australia Pty Ltd t/a Cakes For You. As a Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting delectable pastries that elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative pastry and cake designs
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate menu planning and execution
  • Ensure consistency and quality control in pastry production
  • Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods with precision and attention to detail
  • Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Relevant trade qualification (Certificate IV or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
