Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Fill Management Assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Night Fill Manager in leading, coaching and supporting the Nightfill team in delivering exceptional on-shelf availability and merchandising.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will also have strong communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching the Nightfill team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Supporting the Night Fill Manager in achieving store goals and objectives

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
