We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in supporting high-profile core infrastructure build and digital workspace rollout across our Australian business on our Modern Information Programme.
This is a fantastic junior position that will allow you to further develop your business analysis skills as part of a professional, collaborative team.
You will report to the Project Manager - Core and Project Manager - Australian Digital Workspaces, gaining hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring as you play a key role in shaping how we deliver digital change.
Responsibilities- Supporting the requirements lifecycle: from eliciting and documenting business needs, to validating and testing solutions.
- Designing and supporting requirements workshops and mapping current state to future state.
- Helping deliver and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring engagement as needed.
- Owning requirements throughout the project lifecycle, representing business stakeholders during development.
- Supporting change management activities and assist end users during delivery, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- A solid track record being involved in large IT projects.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear documentation are essential.
- Experience with platforms like SharePoint, AvePoint, and Jira is preferred.
- You will demonstrate agility and resilience in dynamic environments, identify and address risks proactively, and show high levels of emotional intelligence and integrity.
