We are seeking an experienced Client Training Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training to administrators, empowering them to manage their services efficiently and improve family engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions tailored to customer needs.
- Curating and improving external training materials to meet sector trends and customer expectations.
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring up-to-date, accessible, and engaging content.
- Developing creative strategies to encourage customers to adopt and utilize Xplor products effectively.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of XplorEducation software, including new features and best practices.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by aligning training materials and delivery methods with customer needs and expectations.
Requirements for this role include:
- Early childhood education background or strong understanding of CCS software.
- Curious and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for the systems and operational side of work.
- Able to proactively stay informed about sector trends and developments.
