Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering high-quality football programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging and effective coaching sessions to inspire children to develop a love of sport.
  • Supervising and supporting assistant coaches to deliver high-quality sessions.
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is suitable for each session.
  • Creating a positive learning environment for children of all ages and abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in football coaching or playing, as well as working in an educational environment delivering sport programs.

Football Coaching qualifications at FA/AFC C licence are desirable but not essential. Assistant Coach Qualifications include Football Coaching qualifications at FA/AFC C licence, Working with Vulnerable People Card, and Coaching and/or education qualifications.

Benefits

This is a casual position with afternoons shifts and day shifts available. A performance bonus may also be offered.
