  • Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Christmas Sales Assistant to join our team during the festive season. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.

  • Delivering outstanding sales and customer experience skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain store displays.
  • Completing in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Working across various store shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
  • Results-oriented and driven sales professionals with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating good attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences.
