We are seeking highly motivated and passionate caregivers to join our direct care team in the Warrnambool area. This is a community-based position, where you will provide care that enhances our customers' wellbeing and deliver high-quality support, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.

As a caregiver, you will work closely with our delivery support leads, who will support, coach and mentor you to ensure success. You will have access to flexible casual hours or the opportunity to discuss part-time hours, as well as online and in-person learning opportunities available, which can result in paid training.

You must possess a minimum of a certificate 3 in aged care/individual support or home and community care or cert iv disability, bachelor's degree or diploma of nursing or completed first-year study towards it. Additionally, you must hold a current minimum level 2 first aid certificate, own a roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian drivers licence, and possess good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize a work-life balance, choosing their working days and having the flexibility to select minimum 2-hour engagements. You will also receive a first aid shift allowance and access to salary packaging benefits, which can result in significant tax savings.
