Job Title

A Horticulturist is required to oversee the maintenance of gardens and greenery in our facilities.

  • Manage a team of gardening and cleaning staff effectively to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets for gardening projects and services.
  • Ensure high standards of garden planting and maintenance through quality control processes.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in an effective manner to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage contractors and schedules to ensure timely repairs and minimal loss of plant functions.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in horticulture.
  • Qualifications in horticulture (Certificate III) or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level computer skills with competency in Microsoft applications.
  • Proven experience in problem solving using continuous improvement methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Sound leadership skills and ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
