We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team.

**Job Overview:**

As a Horticultural Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in ensuring efficient completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of maintenance staff in completing tasks efficiently.
  • FOLLOW SCHEDULES AND PRIORITISE TASKS TO ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF GARDEN MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
