About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about teaching and has experience in delivering technical training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to our employees, ensuring that they meet the required standards and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training programs to Liebherr employees
  • Liaise with management to identify training requirements and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal customers to deliver required technical training
  • Maintain accurate records of technical training delivered
  • Participate in quality audits and assessments
  • Develop training programs as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent trade certificate
  • Liebherr component and product experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in delivering training (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical aptitude
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Significant industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs
