Lead Educator for Catholic Schools

The role of Lead Educator is a leadership position that involves leading and guiding educators in Catholic schools. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the educational landscape of these institutions.

  1. Catholic identity and mission: The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening and promoting the Catholic identity of the school, ensuring that it aligns with the values and principles of the Catholic faith.
  2. Teaching and learning excellence: This person will lead efforts to improve teaching and learning outcomes across all levels of the school, from Reception to Year 12.
  3. Community engagement: The Lead Educator will foster strong relationships with families, parish, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among stakeholders.

This position requires a practising Catholic with post-graduate qualifications in educational leadership, as well as proven success in Catholic school leadership. Registration as a teacher in South Australia and a current Working With Children Check are also essential requirements.
