Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that oversees the operational requirements of a facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, supervising facility activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage facility maintenance activities to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Manage supplies and spare parts inventory to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with contractors to deliver contracted services and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on financial expenditures to ensure they align with established budgets.
About You

We are seeking an experienced facilities manager with a strong background in maintenance and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor management, team leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contractor management, including supervision and coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
