About the Role

The role involves leading the development and delivery of mobile apps, driving engagement across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to shape fan experiences on mobile.

As a key member of our Digital Product & Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for fans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and connected ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategy to balance fan needs, commercial opportunities, and evolving the platform long-term
  • Designing and delivering features that drive regular app usage, increase session time, strengthen connection to the game, and deliver monetization opportunities aligned with commercial objectives
  • Enhancing features that drive logged-in user engagement, creating compelling value propositions for registered users, leveraging personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences and relevant content to encourage sign-in and retention
  • Analysing data to understand behavioural patterns and track funnel performance to inform product optimization

This role requires a strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems, including platform-specific UX considerations and native app capabilities. You should have experience in mobile product management, delivering large-scale consumer-facing apps, and collaborating with UX/PX teams to translate fan feedback into actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring a commercial mindset, understanding how to balance monetisation strategies with great user experiences. They will also have experience with personalisation tools or strategies, emerging mobile technology trends, and managing vendor and delivery partner relationships.
