About the Role
  • Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support those with challenging needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Monitor residents' health, providing support with treatments as needed.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with residents.
  • Respect residents' privacy and dignity at all times.

This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, possessing:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver or similar.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
