Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in logistics and supply chain management? Nova Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Consultant.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global engineering services and technology solutions company, providing specialized advice and solutions at scale. As a Logistics Consultant, you will be responsible for managing integrated logistics support and materiel logistics, working closely with the Australian Defence Force.

The role offers a challenging and dynamic environment, with opportunities to work on various projects, including asset acquisition planning and using tools like ERP systems to effectively monitor defence assets.

In this role, you will have the chance to gain experience in all three branches of defence and work with experienced industry professionals and highly qualified teams.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of complete systems, and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a personable individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong client management/stakeholder engagement skills. You should also be a team player with a can-do attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage integrated logistics support and materiel logistics
  • Work closely with the Australian Defence Force
  • Contribute to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of complete systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or commerce (Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management major preferred)
  • Australian Citizenship with a current AGSVA clearance (or the ability to obtain a security clearance at the appropriate level)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client management/stakeholder engagement skills
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude
