Job Title

  • As a Salesforce Environment Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Salesforce environments to ensure seamless operations and project success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to mentor team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance and strategic planning for the Salesforce environments team.
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce environment plans and service catalogues.
  • Executing complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD, and new projects.
  • Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
  • Ensuring documentation, standards, and support processes are continually reviewed and improved.
  • Mentoring team members and assigning work activities to support team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab.
  • Experience in leading the design and governance of Salesforce environment strategies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundation Certification, Agile methodologies, and team leadership is highly desirable.
