Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality and Housekeeping Coordinator to enhance our team on a casual basis. This role will dynamically support both the front desk and housekeeping teams, committed to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the property's immaculate condition.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in front desk reception, customer service and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting. They will possess good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure, with flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk: Provide excellent customer service to property guests, answer queries and provide helpful local knowledge and recommendations, check in and out guests and provide them with information that will assist in an enjoyable stay, resolve any guest concerns or disputes and escalate to relevant management when appropriate.
  • Housekeeping: Refresh communal spaces, bathrooms and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitor and replenish stock and ensure our property remains sparkling clean.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
Salary

$28-$32 per hour (estimated), depending on experience
