Aged Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking compassionate and experienced nursing professionals to join our team in South Australia, providing holistic care to older adults.
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care in our facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care that meets the needs of each resident.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A strong understanding of aged care principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
- Manage medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent)
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority
- Experience working in aged care or a related field
