Food and Beverage Manager

Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, a leading hospitality destination in Kingscliff, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to drive our culinary and beverage services across our complex, comprising Mantra and Peppers hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive Food and Beverage outcomes, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Conference and Events Manager to deliver customized service and memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Manage operational requirements, including rostering, reporting, and inventory management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities and promote our Food and Beverage services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Department Leader, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong operational experience in corporate conferencing, weddings, and events, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
