  • We are looking for a seasoned Loan Operations Manager to oversee the timely and efficient processing of loan files. In this position, you will work closely with our branch teams to ensure that all loan files are accurately submitted to underwriting and meet corporate and regulatory requirements.">
Key Responsibilities
  1. ">
  2. Monitor estimated closing dates in Encompass and other reporting platforms to manage pipeline effectively.">
  3. Facilitate regular meetings with branch teams to discuss pipeline management and address any issues or concerns.">
  4. Develop plans to address specific needs of assigned branches and ensure timely completion of tasks.">
  5. Work collaboratively with branch processing to ensure accurate submission of files to underwriting.">
  6. Provide training and support to new processors as needed.">
  7. Prioritize workflow structure to optimize branch operations and management.">
  8. Maintain accurate reporting to monitor initial CDs and ensure compliance with timing requirements.">
  9. Ensure each file complies with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.">
  10. Oversee projects related to deploying new systems and procedures.">
  11. Maintain knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and agency regulations and guidelines.">
  12. Develop and maintain effective organization through selecting, training, compensating, motivating, and reviewing branch employees.">
  13. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production and compliance reports.">
Requirements and Skills
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in loan processing, mortgage lending functions, TRID rules, and regulations.">
  • Knowledge of Encompass loan origination software and pipeline management (preferred).">
  • Knowledge of processing, closing, and funding loans according to investors and agency guidelines.">
  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA loan programs.">
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.">
  • Excellent analytical skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
