The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for serving elderly people and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. They will be responsible for providing tailored care, including personal and domestic support, within our residential homes.

Our Cottage style homes provide low and high care for residents with dementia. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the cottage like a home, which will include:

  • Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting etc.
  • Domestic assistance - cooking, cleaning and laundry

We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, access to multiple health and fitness facilities, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A genuine passion for serving elderly people and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
  • Flexibility and ability to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge and experience of people living with dementia and their needs
  • Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, or be studying towards a healthcare-related degree
